Next August, the 20th edition of Formula Student Germany will be held in the 21st year of the FSG. A total of 80 teams from more than 25 different nations will be competing against each other in Formula Student Electric (FSE). Each team have spent one year designing, building and testing their cars – and in Hockenheim they will present their results to the judges and show off their technical solutions on the race track. Location
Formula Student Germany is held at the paddock of the Hockenheimring. The entrance is near the Motodrom Hotel / Campsite C2 / Grandstand. Information on driving directions and parking can be found here.
Tickets
Visitors can buy tickets online or at the entrance at the Ticket Centre. A day ticket costs 15 Euros, the all-week (Wed-Sun) ticket can be purchased for 52 Euros, the weekend (Fri-Sun) ticket costs 39 Euros.
Visitors can enter the event site starting Wednesday, 2026-08-12 14:00 CEST.
Cash payment is no longer possible. We now only accept payments with a credit card or EC card or PayPal, contactless is welcome.
We strongly recommend buying tickets online, as it is much quicker to get your wristband on site. No account is necessary for the purchase. tickets.formulastudent.de
This event will be documented using video and photography
The material will be used solely for the purpose of making the event more open and understandable to the public.
